Depending on what it is. Scrapbooking, I tend to what I am comfortable with. Everything else, food, cooking, baking...stuff like that, I will go out of the norm and try it at least once. I may never try it again but I can say I tried it ONCE.

I usually stay with in my comfort zone too when scrapping.
